About Companion Animal Clinic
Companion Animal Clinic is committed to forming a special, lasting bond with you and your pet. Our full-service facilities, compassion, and skilled care are what makes us stand out among other veterinary clinics.
Dr. Susan Whitmore started Companion Animal Clinic in 1981 and has been working ever since to make our facilities the premier location for veterinary care in Colorado Springs. Dr. Whitmore’s experience and expertise laid the groundwork for our clinic’s high standards of excellence and service. Our accreditation as members of the American Animal Hospital Association only emphasizes the exceptional quality of our veterinary services.
We sincerely can’t wait to meet you and your animal companion, and hope that you choose to become a part of our growing extended family. With our friendly atmosphere and personal connection, you can remain assured that you pet is in the best possible hands.
Our Clinic Cats
One of our most beloved animal family members was the sweet, two-legged Miss Kitty. Dr. Whitmore decided to take action when Miss Kitty was in a dire medical situation and the results were unbelievable. So much so, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not decided to feature the story.
Although, after a long life, Miss Kitty is no longer with us, she is a wonderful example of the efforts we’re willing to take for animals in need. We will bring the same compassion to the care of your own pet.
Check out this video below to learn more about Miss Kitty’s story.
When you come into our facilities now, you will be greeted by our wonderful clinic cat, Dublin. Dublin is named after Dublin Boulevard where our facilities are located. He can’t wait to meet you and your animal companion, and neither can we. Give us a call to schedule an appointment today!
